Bounded Fist Muay Thai 8/30/14
Gary Koehler was the only one to fight on the Bounded Fist event on August 30th. He fought a tough fighter from Xavieth Muay Thai and won via KO in the second round. This is Gary’s 2nd KO in 3 fights.
Attention Morning People: 11:00AM Classes are back!
Morning classes are back for ALL MEMBERS. If you are not a member, you can just jump in on a class for $10 a day. Class runs from 11am-12:30pm Monday through Friday. No more excuses! Come in and train!

Congratulations to Arshiyam, Samuel and Yves on bringing home National Titles. They were all in 4-man brackets and won all of their fights and all three of them have very tough opponents. Good work, guys. You deserve it!
Travis wins his 20th fight!
Congratulations to Travis Clay for winning his 20th fight. Travis fought against Raj Patel and won by decision.
