Friday, 11/21, and Saturday, 11/22 we will be CLOSED all day for muay thai as our coaches and fighters will be fighting at the US Open tournament. Classes as regularly scheduled on Thursday 11/20 and Monday 11/24.
Friday 11/21 there will be BJJ as usual – 4pm Kids BJJ and 5p All Womens BJJ. No BJJ on Saturdays – catch Coach Nate helping out at the tournaments.
