This past weekend, Sitan Gym Arizona brought a huge team to the US Open tournament, bringing some new fighters and some returning faces. We had a final team of 16 athletes, 6 taking home championship belts. Sitan came in #1 in Arizona for a 6th championship in a row, taking second overall. Special shoutout to David Miqui and Maria Tran for placing in the Top 10 athletes of the tournament.
Sitan Gym was able to get through this weekend because of an amazing team effort. Thank you to our athletes for their hard work and dedication, their families for their support, to everyone who showed up during camp to train with and hold for our competitors, and everyone who made it out to cheer on our athletes in the crowd. It truly takes everyone.
