This last weekend the Sitan Jiu Jitsu team sent two athletes, Leonardo Ruiz and Alvaro Gomez, to compete at the AZBJJL Arizona International Open and racked up a 2-2 record overall with one submission victory, by Leo. Leo won a second place medal for the kids team but lost in a controversial final bout.
Coach Nate placed 3rd overall for the 2024 season AZBJJL Adult Male Black Belt Category.
