This Saturday, November 21st, there will be no Muay Thai or Judo classes due to kids’ Tae Kwon Do testing at 11am.
Yoga and CIZE class will be held as usual. There will be no Women’s Self-Defense, Muay Thai or Judo classes.
However, there WILL be a Women’s Self-Defense Class happening at Lopez Jiu-Jitsu. Sitan Gym members are more than welcome to attend. This class will begin at 9am at the following address:
