-2nd update was the ability to Book your Private Sessions online. you can book with your favorite instructor with only a couple clicks. Pay seamlessly through Square Payments and you’re booked. Your instructor will either approve of deny the appointment and then you’re set! Click here to book a private session with your favorite coach.

-4th update is our chat bot “Yod” as in Yodsanklai 😉. He can assist with booking classes, getting a membership or getting ahold of our staff. Our staff, receives a message when you request staff assistance and we will text you at our earliest convenience. Take a look in the lower right hand corner of your screen and check it out.
