YOGA FLOW (Ashtanga Flow) Tues/Thurs 7:45am
Power movements to build strength, muscle endurance, and dicipline while flowing though a dynamic practice. This Vinyasa is Ashtanga rooted and practice will incorporated postures deriving from the six series of Ashtanga.
YOGA AFTER DARK – Wed 9pm
Late Night Yoga practice in a darkened room, at a slower pace while holding postures for several breathes. Focus on muscle recovery, injury prevention, reducing anxiety and meditation.
YOGA FLOW (Vinyasa) Sun 10:15am
Linking breath with flowing movements in order to build strength, stamina, balance, and focus. Many Sun-Salutations (flows) throughout.
