What an amazing experience and journey for these two young men, Arshiyam Kanwar and Yves Tabarango. They were selected to participate in the 2017 IFMA Youth Muay Thai World Championships in Thailand and did an amazing job. We are all so proud of their performance, and look forward to their future in Muay Thai.
Yves fought against England, and did great! The win was awarded to his opponent this time. Yves enjoyed this fight and will come away with some valuable experience.
Arshiyam won his first match against Russia and advanced to the semifinals where he was matched up with a very tough opponent from Thailand that has over 100 fights. This match didn’t go Arshiyam’s way, but he will be back stronger and he is very proud to have been chosen to be part of the 2017 IFMA team.
Good luck to all remaining fighters on Team USA!

Varun Nair won his fight via majority decision. Varun’s opponent was tough, but by sticking to his game plan he came out with the ‘W’. Keep your eyes on him for good fights in the future!
Gabe Guerrero lost his fight against a very tough opponent via majority decision. Gabe trains hard and has the perfect mental outlook to keep moving forward and getting back into the ring to show everyone just what he is made of. Gabe’s future in Muay Thai is very bright!
Calvin Curtis won his Title Fight via TKO! In the second round, he was struck by an illegal knee to the head that split his forehead open. Despite his injury, he continued and in the third round TKO’d his opponent via blocking a low kick. Calvin is back and ready to continue making waves in his division.
Congratulations to all three of these fighters, win or lose, they are and will always be Sitan Family.
Kaitlin “Killer” Stein stepped back into the ring in Anaheim, CA this past Saturday for round 2 against Lisa Mauldin. Lisa won their first match, but this one went strongly to Kaitlin. With a Championship belt and 5 rounds on the line, Kaitlin stepped up her training and it showed in the ring. Kaitlin won by UNANIMOUS decision, and walked away with her new Champion title and belt.
